Provided by YP.comstay clear from this business they are nice and all but if you have a problem they just keep saying we are working on it I'll call you tomorrow but tomorrow never comes I've spent thousands of dollars on flooring and you would think they would stand behide their products but not the case here.
Sometimes there can be problems with materials. Unfortunately, we do not have control over manufacturers and their policies. It can be a long and frustrating process for the customer and us to resolve the issues. If we were able, we would have everything taken care of right away. It is very difficult when our hands our tied by manufacturers and we are at the mercy of their time frame. Customer satisfaction is our #1 Priority. We strive to provide our customers with beautiful flooring and flawless installations. We are sorry for your experience and that we were unable to resolve the issue quicker. As stated above, it was beyond our control, and feel that this review is harsh, as the circumstances were unusual for all involved.

Helped me with all my questions and pick out the best carpet for me since I have 2 young kids man i needed something strong, durable and easy to clean. I got it and can happily walk on my new carpet with my bare feet everyday! Thank you for all your help. I recommend you guys to all my friends

Provided by YP.comI went to this store and was treated to some of the rudest comments by a salesperson I have encountered. This person implied that if I thought his prices were high I may not really want quality materials. When I inquired about the thickness of the top piece of material on a laminate I was questioned about what kind of furniture I would be "dragging" across the floor. I will never set foot in this store again.
We are so sorry for your experience and believe this must have happened at the St. Peters location. That store was owned and operated separately from the Lake St. Louis locations and is now closed. Please know that you would never be treated or spoken to in such a manner by anyone from the Lake St. Louis location.
