The guy doesnt show up, wont pick up his phone, then calls me late one night a week later. Pathetic

Do not use this company!!! I had them come out to look at my big screen. They diagnosed the problem, took the part in order to send it away and get a new one in return. That was 6 weeks ago. I was told that it would be 10-14 days originally. It is next to impossible to get someone to answer the phone much less return your call. I was going to go with an electronics company or even go through Best Buy where I bought the TV, but decided to give these guys a shot, you know, to support a local small business. That was a HUGH mistake. I understand that things don't always go as planned and was more than patient with them for the first 4 weeks. It has now gotten ridiculous. The lack of communication is the most disappointing thing. I finally got a call 2 days ago from the Tech, telling me that he has the part and can come out tomorrow evening and finish the job. That was yesterday, no call/ no show. After leaving four messages I still haven't heard one word.
