Very professional and quick to respond. We had an outside water (drainage) issue that required installation of a sump pump. He purchased all the materials without inflating the prices, which most plumbers do and just charged us for the exact cost of the materials and then labor, which again was minimal compared to what other plumbers charge. Didn't charge a service fee either. Incredibly fair prices, so call him first before making the mistake of calling another plumber.

called several plumbing companies first thing out of there mouth was money then excuses why they could not come, then I called Gavin and being Saturday he said he was going to take his family to the zoo but dropped everything to come to my house and fix my clog never mentioning money. Great company and Very reasonable this is the only plumber I will ever use.
