They sold my husband and I a car that has way too many problems. Car has broken down on us with our child in the car twice in the 2 months since we bought it. They are willing to fix it but the first time they did when I took it to another shop to get looked at there are old problems that where never fixed as well as the issue they were supposed to fix that they didn't fix. They just cleaned the fuel pump instead of changing it. I do NOT recommend going here. TOO MANY PROBLEMS

Bought a vehicle from them. Can not get it plated as it could not pass emissions. Paid $2000. for vehicle, spent another 1460. for an entire catalatic system. Tried working with Cleveland Auto about what they could do for me or help me as it still can not be plated. The salesman appears to be intoxicated while doing business and is so very smug and down right rude. Pleaded with him to let me speak with owner or someone above him. He told me to meet at 5pm owner would be in. Second time I have taken off work, no one showed. Salesman, fought me for at least 45 min and finally he said, don't no what to tell ya I cant find the owner. You have to go through me, and he will not talk or try to help in any way. I strongly suggest not purchasing anything from them.
