Provided by YPmobileDO NOT RECOMMEND. Had brakes and rotors replaced and not even 6 months later right side was grinding due to shotty workmanship. Was informed that I needed additional parts including a caliper and hose. After a second opion the caliper and hose wete not even the issue. The issue was a bad mounting clip and the brake caliper pins were not greased. Quoted $150 labor plus parts, got it done for $50 plus parts (pads rotor) elsewhere.

Provided by YPmobileTerrible service waited about a hour for an oil change paid them and didn't even change my oil. I went back the next day after learning this got there after getting off of work at 5:45 they close at 6 and the refused me service because I didn't get there at 5:40. So all in all they took my money without doing what I paid for and even after bringing the mistake to them they refused to correct it because they were "closed" 15 min before their hours said they were.

Provided by YP.comGreat shop with great prices and quick repairs!
My husband and I have been using this company for several years as it is right down the street from my house. With no-frills oil changes under $20, we are regular customers. We have had several repairs done here and the work is always completed when promised and at the price quoted (which is always cheaper than other places). A week ago, my husband and I had my 2001 Hyundai Sonata GLS towed here after it suddenly broke down on Route 6 in Hobart. They diagnosed the problem quickly (timing belt, tensioner, and water pump) and gave me a great price on the work. They had the repairs done quickly, but when they went to start the car up, things weren't as smooth as they could have been. They re-diagnosed and found additional damage that needed to be repaired. William was great about being upfront and honest with us about the value of the car vs. the cost of the repairs. Since the cost of repair exceeded the value of the car itself, we declined the repairs. Since they weren't able to fix the overall issues, William didn't feel right charging the full price as originally quoted. Because they had already ordered parts and performed the originally requested work, but were unable to fix the car, William offered us a great deal, saving us LOTS of money! They even allowed us to leave our car on their lot until we could arrange for a tow home.
It's a no-frills shop but we will definitely be going back! Thank you to William and the Velasquez team for all they did to try to save my car. See you in 3000 miles for our next oil change!

Provided by YP.comDO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Brought my Tahoe in for service because it was reading low oil pressure. They said they could definitely fix the issue...no problems. That afternoon they called us saying they could not fix the problem but while trying they created more problems. EVERY light on my dash was on and it was reading "Shut Engine off IMMEDIATELY!". We had to have it towed to the dealership where we found out that the part that was supposedly replaced was broken along with two other sensors and some wires. After the dealership graciously credited us the $1200 labor fee we only had to pay them $890. $890 that we shouldn't have had to pay in the first place. The owners & managers of Velasquez were very rude and refused to remedy the situation.
