I walked in with a broken tooth that was infected, I told her I was scared but she didn't care. She was so eager to pull it out. While she was digging at it I was yelling in pain and she looked at me and said its only pressure!!! No it was horrible pain!!! She gave me antibiotics, a zpack. 2 days later I was in much more pain than I had been in so went to er they said zpack was not acceptable for a mouth infection. It was a nightmare!!! I would not want my worst enemy to go through what I went through.

Great doctor and friendly staff..

Before finding Dr Kim's office I had went to another local dentist.. I was told by this other dentist that besides my insurance not covering some of the work that I supposedly needed done ( that I needed root canals in these teeth that had cavities) I I was devastated when i left this unnamed Dr's office with a bill for over 3k a top my insurance! I decided to try Dr Kim despite the reviews i read on this site and i couldn't be happier that I ignored them. She took more then enough time explaining to me what i needed done and to my relief that i didn't need root canals in any of the teeth the other Dr had quoted me on!. She was kind and professional and on level with me. I am giving this review to pay it back for making my day and saving me what would have been thousands and most likely a horrible experience at this other dishonest dentist.... We need more people in the health care industry that are kind and honest. Thanks Dr Kim. Looking forward to my next visit!

Dr Kim was unprofessional, yelling to staff constantly to get people to come in and fill cancellation slots, actually rested her instruments on my chest, was NOT AT ALL gentle in manner, demeanor or handling of my mouth. She made me feel like a piece of meat. Originally made an appointment for checkup & cleaning and was made to come back the next day for cleaning as they had not allotted time for that... When I got back the next day was told I needed not 1 filling (as told the day before) but 3. It was all so rough, that even with novocaine. I was nervous, shaking and tearing up. Seats in waiting room are low and difficult to get up from if you are older, have knee problems, etc. Seemed to have minimal necessary equipment. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

Nice place, gentle, good customer service, and the doctors explanation for procedure & after procedure care. The only complaint I have is wait time, but when I'm in with a doctor I want their complete attention so I try to be patient so others get the same care that I want.

This place is a joke. Dr. kim doesnt believe in taking her time. She was screaming at me the whole time and she kept saying shes not gonna waist her time on me that she gets people in and out. She didnt care what pain i was in and she did nothing but insult me. If your reading this please DONT go here!!
