Carol does a great job maintaining my nails-whether I have shellac or regular manis, my nails always look great! She has given me great color suggestions and does beautiful nail art as well. The time spent with her is always relaxing and FUN!

I see Jessica regularly for haircuts and color and she does an amazing job! She makes my blonde color look flawless and I constantly get compliments because of her!

Georgeann has been truly wonderful and supportive. Her knowledge about hair extensions helped me to decide which option is best for my situation.She took the time to consult with me and continually shows tremendous passion for what she does.I highly recommend her if you are considering hair extensions or any other service (-:

Serena is the best stylist in Gurnee! She cuts and colors my hair and I always get compliments. I followed Serena over to Studio 21 from another salon, but I'd follow her anywhere! Another bonus is the warm and friendly staff at Studio 21.

I've been going to Carrie since I moved to Illinois in 2008 and I'm always very happy with my hair. She always takes her time with my appointment, never rushing me through like some long-term stylists I've been to in the past at other salons. I get thoughtful and honest advice from her when I think about using a new product or making a change and she's is always willing to show me (a completely non-skilled hair person) how to do something with my hair that I can't figure out. I look forward to my appointments because I know my hair will look great and she's just a great person to work with and chat with. I recommend her to anyone who asks me about my stylist. She's definitely 5-star!

I love the spa services at Studio 21. April was an excellent massage therapist. I would definitely recommend her. She made me feel comfortable and checked throughout the massage to see that i was happy with the massage. She was very friendly and professional. I have gone to Spa 21 for many years and have always had a great experience.

I've been coming to Studio 21 for over 17 years. I had been looking for a change since I hit the big 50 and my daughter suggested that I try Heather. She has always done fantastic cuts and colors on my daughter so I decided to go for it. I have uncontrollable natural curly/frizzy hair and thank goodness Heather is very experienced with my texture of hair. I found 3 different hair cuts that I liked but couldn't decide on which one I liked most, so she combined them all into one and added some highlights. She showed me what product to use in my hair as well as how to use a straightening iron. I can not tell you how great I felt walking out of the salon that night! I got compliments from other clients and stylists. In the days after, I was getting compliments from family, friends, and neighbors that loved the changes. I thought, Wow, I must have really looked bad!I HIGHLY recommend Heather. She is GREAT!!
