I bought a big bag of tobacco from my local "foreign" tobacco shop owner.. Stale and crunchy. Figured I was out of luck.



Called Top, and they were extremely polite and helpful, looked up the code on the bag and it was old, so not even there fault, right? Wrong. They sent me the same bag of tobacco, 3 day fedex.



I was sceptical at first, but these guys really pulled through! These bad reviews seem to be problems with peoples local shops, not Top themselves.

my brand is lucky strike,times are tough,so i decided to buy top tobacco,and roll my own.The tobacco was dry and the date on the tin was 2010.i have smoked top brand before but this tobacco was out of date,and was awful.The bar code is 7717046927 2010 just alittle out of date.a fresh can from the company would be nice

I bought a can of tobacco on April 27, 2015 I get home open it up to roll cigarettes is a coupon the expiration date was December 31, 2012 (three years ago) it's very stale which is not good top used to be my favorite tobacco until now

I have the same complaint I paid 80.00 for an electric roller that worked for a week

My Husband been using your roller years; now the roller is coming apart in two weeks what's up with that? He can't keep buying rollers every two weeks.

Eye would like to see a cigarette rolling paper where the glue side of the paper can be easily seen in dim light without holding it close to a light to look for the mirroring of the light off of the glue,,, something where you can see the glue only with a glance,, ,thanks
