I use to leave there in that community is very QUIET, but BORING! The only problem in there is no "OUTSIDE LAWN MAINTENANCE" the trees inside of that community is so messy!Some elders disables people that lives inside that Community rake there own leaves and pile it up in a plastic bags! Not only that when it rains those leaves in thee ground gets wet and become slippery and I hope no ones get hurt while walking on a wet leaves.I'm so afraid that someone that lives there will get hurt or injured while picking up leaves or wet leaves walking. The owner has only one person doing the whole job inside the community beside the "OUTSIDE LAWN MAINTENANCE" One day I saw the owner with the blower blowing out the dry leaves into the owners yard, while they pick up the leaves and have the front yard clean. In the laundry area it's a HASSEL because there isn't a coins changer machine. I had to go to get change in Wal-mart or Amscot! Inside that location in 1000 Roses there are disable elders that can't walk to the stores! I hope that the manger change some details!
