NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I went in and placed a order back in January for 5 brides made dresses. They had all my girls come in with messurments before February. Here it is MAY and they are still NOT ready. On top of which, Prom season came and he put everyone else's dresses before mine and kept giving me the run around about they will be ready next week! Well all these next weeks came and I even drove up there today and they are NOT done. He never called nor emailed me about anything. He keeps you in the dark way too much and there is Literly NO Communication! ! He tells me Sunday, well how about I just go back up there tomorrow pull my wedding gown and our Deposits and go else where because it's obvious they clearly know NOTHING about customer service. 1 star is too much for this poorly run business! I'd rate a zero if I could. I am highly disappointed.

This is a family owned business! They were so helpful when we were they if our dresses on and getting a fitting! We went in on a Monday and order our dresses on the weeekend and they called saying they came in a week and a half later. We came in for the fitting and they gave us advice for the length and the fit for us girls. The alterations were done in about a week. We were in and out in such a short time! Plus they had access to so many dresses through that catalogs that they had virtually every dress in every color. I'm so using them for my wedding!
