This dennys is right by my house, myself and friends go frequently at night/early hours of the day......haven't had poor service in a really loooong time until tonight......duane was the server and he was very adament about us trying their new drink and even told us how specific ones were a waste of time bc they're too fruity . he came back for our drinks and we ordered waters.....then he pop quizzed us on why we ordered water and then let us know they're changing to bottled so people will pay for it......the food came out fast.....i ordered the apple crisp (my favorite) and when he brought it out he apologized for the ice cream looking like a mess.....but it looked like someone vomitted it up onto the plate and put icecream and caramel on top......he told us how he had just gotten there and was slammed w two tables....yes i said two! He's not very professional and made me feel very uncomfortable .

WHAT A GREAT WAITRESS!!

AS ME N MY HUSBAN DECIDED THAT WE WERE GOING TO HAVE BREAKFAST AT DENNY'S,AS WE ENTERED WE WERE SEATED BY A VERY NICE HOSTESS,COULDNT QUIT CATCH HER NAME.... THE RESTAURANT WAS VERY NICE AND CLEAN, OUR WAITRESS NAME WAS POOH SHE WAS VERY PALITE AND I JUST LOVED HER NAME I THOUGHT IT WAS SO CUTE,SHE GAVE US OUR DRINKS WE LAUGH N SHE TOLD US HOW SHE GOT THE NAME POOH! THE FOOD WAS VERY GREAT,AND ALSO IT DIDNT TAKE LONG FOR US TO GET OUR FOOD MY HUSBAN AND I WOULD LOVE TO COME BACK TO DENNY'S THANKS TO POOH..

Service? Anyone?

I recently decided to take my family out of dinner. We muddled through our choices and decided on Denney's we arrived and a staff member was smoking by the door, now that was not a problem but my wife has allergies to smoke. he graciously move out of the area on his own. we were then shown to our seats and we received our drinks with no problems at all. but then our waitress was sent to her break and we were told by our waitress that this other waitress would be caring for us. we then had to wait for 23 minutes for the waitress to take out order after she argued with a male staff member about what table it was that we were seated. the male staff member named Tyrone, then apologized for the inconvenience from that. he was very profesional at his job and made us feel better about the situation.by the way, he got the tip! the toast was burned and the attitude from the cook in the black hat was horrable. but thanks to Tyrone i will give this resteraunt a second chance, but only if he is the waitor. good job, Tyrone!

all in all it could have been better but i was satified in the end!
