Our water softner went out and we called for service. It was 10 days before we could get someone out here. The man that came on the first visit December 6th, had to go and get a part and kept taking pictures and talking with someone on the phone. The part wasn't the exact one for the model but he thought the O rings fit. He left after he was finished. We realized that the softner was leaking out the drain constantly and it wasn't working right. We called again and it took 5 days to get a repair man out. He was excellent, he had the right part he took the time to see that it went through a cycle properly and explained what was going on through the cycle, he knew what he was doing. This visit on Dec. 22 was superior and fixed our softner. The previous visit not good at all. And the time it takes to get someone here to fix something takes way to long.

The guys were GREAT! The first repairman arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He didn't have the right spare part with him, but he found someone who did and made arrangements to get it fixed that same day - working around my crazy schedule! Love these guys!

We have always loved Sears and the Blue Crew. This AC repair took 5 visits and we (incl. my 88 year old husband) went 8 days without AC in central Fl heat and humidity.
It finally works perfectly but the overall experience was a nightmare

Tech who worked on my Refrigerator, Microwave, dish washer & stove did an outstanding job. He explained everything he was doing and gave us advise on overall taking care of the appliances. But the other tech who came to work on my AC was not so good, he was in and out too quickly and complained about the condition of my AC which i have had serviced by other companies every year for the past 10 years with without any issues. The last sears tech who came this past winter did a much better job and had not issues with my system.
