The two ladies that work there have favorites I was told I cannot get what I wanted to buy because I needed one more pound to make 10 pounds apparently that’s how much you have to have to buy but the lady in front of me hard a pair of boots three tops and i pretended to not be paying attention but the lady told her she could go ahead and pay that since there wasn’t a lot of people but yet when it was my turn I needed one more pound and the lady was not letting me buy it until I told her what she had said to the lady in front of me she said I’m gonna go ahead and do it this time and this is not the first time that this is happened they pick favorites and that is not right I have had lots of bad experiences of the store it makes me believe some customers pay them off to let them go with less than 10 pounds because there are a lot of people that I’ve seen that don’t have 10 pounds and they ask somebody if they can put their stuff with theirs and they pay them that’s fine but when I tried to do that they told me I could do that they really need to talk to their staff and get the store in order they let people break stuff they just run and just throw stuff all over all you hear is breaking of things and that is a hazard One day they will have a big zoo in their hands if this place continues to be the way it is they need to start with their staff get better staff to have better control and be nice to people
