I have been trying to return 4 pieces of aluminium that was purchased with cash. I was told before the purchase that I could return any unused materials for a refund. There is a 20% restocking fee that is noted on the receipt. I do need to return 4 pieces 2"x2"x24' and now they say when making a refund I have to leave the material and they will mail me a check. This makes no sense with a cash transaction. I told Carlina and David Quintero, the supervisor that I was willing to drop off the material and pick up a check at the same time. There were arrangements made to call Carlina at the store before returning the merchandise on 5/27 then changed day to 5/31. Several calls have been made since then to the supervisor David Quintero 786-641-8944 but I still have the material and no refund!

This Place was AMAZING ! They had good customer service and VERY professional. I wold definitely go here again!!! I recommend this place for any aluminum needs.
