Please do not use the company. Called AAA they sent out a driver...for the first 20 minutes he looked over the car. Tried pushing it on the bed, grabbing it on the hook. The car even pushed backwards a few feet close to another car behind it. After all of these steps he goes into his truck comes out with paperwork starts walking and documenting things on his forms. Then approaches (my husband/myself) informs us we need to sign this. When I said well what is it? Driver was unhappy with explaining the form excluded them from any damage they do to the car for unloading and loading. Meaning if he broke my windshield, scrapped my undercarriage it wasn't his fault. My husband started speaking with the guy as I called dispatch to get a better explanation. Dispatch stated we need to sign this its...it's a standard form and any damages needed to be taken up with our insurance company. I stated that makes no sense if my car becomes damaged that's no my fault. He stated "you both (my husband and myself) are being crazy. I'm pulling my driver from this call." Spoke with AAA higher management they stated this form DOES not exist. Not only do they completely lack proper customer service they appear to be negligent and sketchy.
