Always There HomeCare of the Palm Beaches started after seeing firsthand that many of our seniors in Palm Beach County were being re-admitted frequently to different hospitals within the area. The need for a change was noted in how we care for seniors as this current system has proven time and again to be inefficient. More than ever, we firmly believe in the prevention of hospitalization and the maintenance of independent living by active seniors. Mission: To provide superior care that clients recommend to family and friends with dedicated caregivers that are proud to do so. Vision: For seniors to maintain independence, safely with longevity and satisfaction with committed personalized care. We are dedicated to quality care to meet the needs of clients and their families. This may be in the home, nursing home, assisted living facility or on vacation. Our caregivers include CNAs, HHAs, as well as companions all specially trained to deliver superior care 24hours daily and seven days a week! We verify work history, credentials, and references as well as perform thorough background checks. All must also undergo an in-depth interview process, with hands-on skills assessments, and annual skills assessments with ongoing training and supervision after hire. Not only are the above skills necessary, foremost, all health care professionals must demonstrate a commitment to providing quality care with trustworthiness and compassion.
