In two incidents the lady who called herself the owner of the Gallery was very rude to me. The first time she said any item that is marked can be sold at 50% OFF if you buy before the auction. I found an item and when I went to purchase item she said "NO" , I cannot sell that item. When I questioned why and she said NO and asked me to leave. I went to auction and bid on 1 item. After reviewing my bank account I saw that they have charged me twice for the same item. I called and that lady asked me to bring bank statement. I went to the store to show her and she said "No" we would not do this. She called me "Crazy" and after showing her that they charged my bank card twice for the same item and she asked me to leave the store. The next day she called me to tell me that I made it all up and that her bank only charged me one.I said my bank informed me that your store did swapped the card twice but only had one mecrchant receipt. She did not let me finished and she said NO that never happened. She was very rude and unprofessional.
