Biggest ripoff company I have ever seen. They wanted to charge me $400+ for little slider wheel replacement. My neighbor ordered the wheels online and he charged $75.

May 2013, I called in to ask for a screen door installation, the lady told me price $199 and need $50 deposit. This conversation has no written records (since we had a earlier estimate).



The deposit was charged on my credit card, then later they tell me ready to install but $299. Arguing started to the manager. The lady (claimed to be the manager) said it is $299 if you want the door or we can get your deposit back. Both I and my tenant (the door will be installed for the rental) were in the arguing, I insisted to be installed at the promised price since we had waited too long. But no agreement.



More ridiculous thing is, only two weeks later we ask for the deposit back, the manager (the lady sounds like the previous and claimed again is the manager) seems never remember what she said before and refuse any refund. My tenant is a good talker and explainer and witness but no use. they sound bad and shameless.



They have beautiful website but doing dirty business. they don't care reputation after you pay.

COMPLETE SLIDING DOORS & WINDOWS in Lake Worth is a excellent company. I had stainless steel rollers installed in my sliding glass doors 6 months ago and they have worked beautifully. Then one of the doors got stuck. The company sent out Ron Van Tassell who drove all the way from Ocala to my home in Land O Lakes to fix the problem. It was a minor adjustment. Although he had to drive a long distance, he did NOT charge anything to come back out and make the adjustment. Ron is a great guy and I highly recommend him! Call 813-428-0122 for good service on your doors and windows.

I do not recommend this company, as they did not complete the job as estimated. They're supposed to replace the lock for the window, and they come back 3 times, everytime with a wrong lock that does not fit. Finally they removed another lock from another window so they know the exact size, but they never come back.



Also, the price they estimate to fix a sliding door is as much as the price for a new one, so make sure to compare the price with other company. DO NOT USE this company, because you end up paying a higher price for an incomplete job.
