TERRIBLE!!! I had an event happening on Saturday and requested for all of the supplies to be delivered on Friday. They had the audacity to ask me can the deliver on Saturday morning since they are busy with another event...trusting that this coming would come through, I conceded. I regret it all!



1. The delivery was late.

2. They gave me the wrong size in table clothes after I specified IN EMAIL what size I wanted.

3. I called to fix this issue, no one answered (more like ignored).

4. The colors of the clothes were wrong

5. A chair was broken and I was blamed for it because I did not call immediately. (How can I possibly have the time to sit and unscrew 4 nut bolts from under a chair?)

5 (a). How can I call when I have guests showing up to entertain (to be ignored again?)

6. Called to speak to the owner about the issues and he told me I was wrong. I had to sit and argue with him to check his emails to see what was requested and come to find out I was right.

7. I had to hold the rented items as collateral and mention BBB (because the company already took my money) just so I can have all of these issues resolved.



You don t sit and argue with a customer that has emails and phone calls to prove that you are wrong. Just own up to it, fix your mistake and do better. I will NEVER EVER go to these or refer these people again. If you want your day to run smooth, I advise you avoid this company at ALL costs (financially and time-wise).

HORRIBLE COMPANY! These people are LIARS! They don't deliver what they promise. They act sooo nice when they are taking your money. But the second you request something from them - NOTHING. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PIECE OF CRAP COMPANY. THEIR OWNER AND STAFF ARE SCAMMERS, LIARS, AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR EQUIPMENT OR CUSTOMERS. Don't ruin your event on this company!!!!!!!!!!!!

They knew the time and place of the event and acknowledged the chairs would be delivered and set up. However, on the day of the wedding this did not happen due to their negligence. .
