I was very pleased with all the people at Family Bicycle. I am a 100% disabled veteran. Bicycle riding was recommended by my cardiologist but I was having difficulty, due to hip problems, of finding a bike that I could mount and dismount. The helpful staff at Family Bicycle showed me several EZ Mount styles and I found the perfect one for me. They also beat the online price being offered for that same model by 15%. ... Bill Ward

I bought my first adult mountain bike from here I didn’t have a clue on what to purchase couldn’t be more pleased with the recommendation by Albert. Extremely happy with the service, price and friendliness. they have access to all the manufactures and you'll get all the attention and none of the attitude… I recommend this store as your favorite local bicycle shop. They're happy to help you if you want to buy something and they're just as happy if you come in just to get questions answered or browse their inventory…

The owner is a courteous gentleman. He answered all my questions patiently, allowed me to try several ones in the parking lot and helped me select the perfect bike for me. To top it off he drove the bike to my house (about 5 miles) since it didn't fit in my car. A perfect buying experience! I have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in reccomending this establishment.
