Provided by YP.comI use to do business with these guys until I tried to get them to set up my last two tanks.
When I wanted to set up two new tanks plumbed into the same system, I stopped in their US1 location and explained in detail to one of the employees there what I wanted. He said it would be no problem and took down all my info and said they'd be calling me back. Well, I waited a week and no one called.
I then emailed pictures of the two tanks to the email that I got from their "contact us" info on their website and got no response.
After about a week of waiting for an email, I decided to call their Lantana rd location where I knew Dwayne the manager was working. One of the employees answered and told me Dwayne was busy with a customer and if he could help me. I explained how I left info with the the US1 store and I have already sent them an email with pictures of the tanks I wanted set up and he took down my info and told me that Dwayne would call me right back after he was finished with the customer.......
Well, guess what? Staying true to how they handled everything else....He never called back! Im not sure how these guys stay in business just ignoring paying customers that try to give them business, but I can assure you that I will never step foot in their store again, and I will not even look at what they have to offer at a frag swap ever again.
Three strikes and your OUT! Tanks for NOTHING!

Provided by YPmobileI thought i liked this place..it is close by and convienient and an overall nice looking store. However, they have now lost my business today. Yesterday i had my water tested...which they said was perfect. I wanted to add another fish to my 4 month old reef tank (that i purchased from them) and ended up getting a coral beauty dwarf angel. I aclimated it for an hour before adding it to the tank which had perfect water quality...just my calcium a little low. It seemed to be fine. Next morning it was nowhere to be found...i figured it was hiding. Late in the afternoon, my wife found it dead with my serpent star and crabs munching on the carcass way in the back of my live rock cave. She fished it out and took it back to the store. The employee remembered us coming in the previous day and buying it from him (im in here at least once a week...he knows me), but told my wife there was nothing he could do. This was a 30 dollar fish that i had in my tank for 24hrs and they wouldnt replace it. I have spent nearly 2000 dollars at this place in he last four months and there's nothing they can do????? Really??? Are you serious? I'm done with these fools.

Provided by YP.comI am so incredibly unhappy with this store I cant even tell you. I am a fairly new customer and went in there with a sample of my water. They tested it and said everything was up to speed, salinity, nitrates etc I bought three new fish for my 75 gallon and introduced them incredibly slowly, this is a completely cycled tank and this definitely is not my first time introducing fish into this tank. Within days, all three of the livestock died which wasted over $100.00. I took my sample to another fish store who confirmed my tank was in good shape. I will absolutely never purchase another fish from tanks a lot because all you can count on is turning your tank light on in the morning and finding dead fish. I am not made of money and want to go somewhere where the livestock isn't on the brink of death.
