Went in to talk to someone about guitar amps; specifically small practice ones like the Marshall MS2. Small selection for size of store for all products: guitars, amps, keyboards, etc. Was in the store for at least 10 minutes, no one approached or asked if I needed any assistance! Bad customer service in my book. Only got a smile from a woman; not even sure she worked there!!!I think I'll just order my practice amp from Best Buy... waiting for the shipping will be faster than waiting for some help here.

They have a good stock of guitars and equipment. You can try anything out if its sitting there and the staff is happy to show you how to use everything. I went with my brother who was in town and he was able to find a music book that he had been looking all over for. I will go back again because of the selection and service. Jim or Andy will be able to point you in the right direction.
