I didn’t have such a good experience with them. Now normally I love how they cut my Pomeranian’s hair, but today was not the case. I explained to the lady how I wanted my dog’s hair cut. I did not like the way his hair was cut and asked to shape his hair a little. To make it fade together nicely. I was not happy the way the lady talked to me, she was giving me an attitude and telling me if I don’t like the way I cut your dogs hair then go find a different groomer. As a customer I was unhappy that I was talked down too after the lady screwed up my Pom’s hair cut. And I asked politely for her to fix it, and I still paid in the end... I thought it was very unprofessional of her to give an attitude...

I have had Groomers ask me where my dogs are groomed. My Cairn actually looks like a Cairn Terrier and not a Westie! Amazing. Deb and her staff are accomplished masters and very loving. You will be very happy here.

I must say this place is by far my favorite! Friendly, clean and just a nice enviroment. MY dogs are everything to me and the staff there is so outgoing and caring that I couldnt ask for anything more. The job they do on my 2 cocker spaniels are just fabulous! I will recommend this shop to everyone!!!
