If I could give this business -5 stars, I would, and not because of their merchandise. I ordered some items around Christmas time of this year, 2011, with plenty of time to package and ship the order. It took the store 4 DAYS to get the order out (even though on their website they say they will get it out the next day), and by the time they packaged it about half of the items I ordered were out of stock. Their fault, not mine. Finally on December 23rd I contacted the store, called them the next day 14 times till finally leaving a voicemail. On Monday December 26th I finally got a call back from the owner, Mark, who not only rejected my complaint but also used an extremely large amount of profanity, although I'm sure Mark will deny it. This was the rudest a business owner/employee has EVER spoken to me in my entire life. It was like dealing with a 16 year old boy. I am heartbroken that a store that promotes such a beautiful, peaceful, honest culture is owned by a person like that.

They really have an awesome selection of posters,CD's, incense and more. I almost didn't know where to start in the store b/c there was so much to choose from. Ended up with 2 really cool Bob Marley posters!
