Provided by YP.comWe had made reservations in Feb of this year but, had to cancel in April of this year. We understand that we would not get our entire refund back but, we expected we would get the refund portion that is stated in their own policy. I have called 7 times and told they are "working on it" or we just bought the business. OK, but, three month and no one can even return my calls. Still waiting for my refund. It might be a great campground just don't cancel if you want to see any of your money. Customer service is a joke. Just lots of excuses and no follow up
