This place will STEAL ur security deposit and try to bully u from taking any legal action. There's a reason Tim Davis, Broker does not have his name printed on any correspondence FROM HIS BUSINESS. He is a LIAR and a THIEF. Am filing complaints with DBPR against license and suing in small claims court.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS UNETHICAL THIEF!

I would not give this company any stars! My family was relocating to Florida from Maryland and once contacting them they worked with us for months before we planned to move. When I get to the Florida state line they tell me the home we put a deposit on months ago was unlivable. The day before I'm supposed to go look at it they tell me I have no place to live. They got us into a home, but it has still all gone down hill from there. A maintenance man standing on our bed with the shoes on, an a.c man coming to fix the a.c. days later at midnight with acholol on his breath, which could explain why I'm sitting here with no a.c. a month later and have yet to hear from this company about fixing it. Of course no one wants to pick up the phone. I'm so livid!!!I would NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone!!!

I was very impressed with the company and received excellent service. Whenever, I had a maintenace issue, they responded almost immediately to fix the issue. The property I was in was in very good condition and they kept in touch with me to make sure everyhthing was ok. I highly recommend them to other renters as they are very good to work with and hold themselves to a very professional mannerism. I really appreciate the way they run their company.

I needed a property manager to find a tenant for my home and manage it. My job was moving me out of state. I called All County the day before I was leaving. The property manager Tim Davis came out and took care of everything. We felt so relieved that we were leaving our home in their hands. They have found a tenant and everything is going very smooth. We do not have to worry about anything Thanks Tim.
