When we built our new home 17 years ago..we went to Ashley's and furnished our whole home with them.. 17 years later and the furnature is still standing! You don't get cheap crap furnature from asleys

My sales lady Crystal was absolutely awesome she was professional down-to-earth and help me find the exact piece I was looking for would love to purchase from her in the future!!!!!

Bought leather sofa and love seat. Paid over $2000. Owned for 3 years with being out of state working 2/3 of that time. It is cracking everywhere. Not covered by 5 yr furniture protection because it was not caused by accident. Was told by manager that the same set had previous customer complaints for same issue and to contact corporate. I did, tough luck. I am single and furniture has been used very little. A 399.99 sofa has the same warranty as a 1000.00 sofa. So more expensive appears to not mean better quality. Rude, unhelpful staff and customer service. A 500.00 sofa from Rooms to Go with daily use for 2 yrs is better quality than the Ashley sofa.

I purchased a new leather sectional yesterday (4/5/13) and had it delivered yesterday. The sectional is too big for the room, I admit fault at a mistake in measuring. I call the sales person as soon as I get home to discuss options. I am told flatly, no, that a return or exchange is impossible. I was not informed of this at time of purchase. I am not trying to get my money back and I even stated I would be happy to pay a restock fee. I actually want to spend more money in the store for a better piece. Terrible customer experience. This can be fixed with ease but yet nothing. I cannot see any possible chance of future business if this is how you are treated.
