Provided by YP.comCalled to see if an Item was in stock. I got an answer right away, They had the item in stock. They has a variety of items not just the most expensive ones but the mid range ones as well, I was very pleased with my experience with best buy, the item was priced the same as walmart as well, so it was indeed the best buy.

Provided by YP.comthey have 1 qualified tech and he takes alot of time off, so there was a poorly trained kid working on my car, the sub wires were not routed / installed the way i asked and he drove 3 inch wood screws thru my car body to secure the sub box to my trunk it is wired up all wrong, if i turn it up at all, it cuts out and all the other speakers also cut out this never happened before i went here, make sure the qualified latino tech works on your car if you go here, i will have to get my system checked out somewhere else and the sub reinstalled. my install here was a big waste of time and money

Provided by SuperpagesMy wife and I had an unpleasant experience at the customer service desk, and got into a conversation with a very nice couple outside the store. We mentioned our experience and as it turned out, their son is the store manager! She was escorted back inside, introduced to their son, who listened to the problem and took care of us right there! If you encounter a customer service problem, calmly speak with the store manager, because that's what they're there for!

Provided by SuperpagesVery bad customer service. Don't buy a TV over 29" and expect that if something goes wrong with it within 90 days and we have a receipt, that you can just take it back to Best Buy and they will fix it or replace it. If your TV is over 29" you have to make an appt. for someone to come and look at it and then you have to wait atleast two weeks for the part to come in.

Provided by SuperpagesCustomer service is horrible. If you have a question, employees are very reluctant to help you unless you are buying something. If you are a customer buying an item, they want to sell the highest priced item to better their commission, rather than listen to the needs of the customer. In their adds, they hardly ever have any of the items in stock and almost never honor a competitors price.
