Called to see if an Item was in stock. I got an answer right away, They had the item in stock. They has a variety of items not just the most expensive ones but the mid range ones as well, I was very pleased with my experience with best buy, the item was priced the same as walmart as well, so it was indeed the best buy.

they have 1 qualified tech and he takes alot of time off, so there was a poorly trained kid working on my car, the sub wires were not routed / installed the way i asked and he drove 3 inch wood screws thru my car body to secure the sub box to my trunk it is wired up all wrong, if i turn it up at all, it cuts out and all the other speakers also cut out this never happened before i went here, make sure the qualified latino tech works on your car if you go here, i will have to get my system checked out somewhere else and the sub reinstalled. my install here was a big waste of time and money
