I recently got my first tattoo at Black Swan and could not be more pleased. The colors and lines are perfect and very detailed. The cleanliness of the shop was very impressive and I felt totally comfortable. Cory was professional and friendly and put me at ease. I highly recommend Black Swan.

Did great job definitely going back to get all my tattoos done there. Very Perfesional and very nice, cool people.

SO CLEAN! Laid back feel but artsy. The employees are some of the best around.

My husband, 2 of our kids (more are adults now), and I will only here. The quality of work that comes out of this shop is untouched in this area. We went to a shop down the road and they were rude and the artists were mediocre. When something is going to be on me forever, mediocre is not okay.

I recently flew in from NY to get tattooed at black swan and my experience there was 5 star worthy. The tattoo is excellent and the service was unbeatable. 4 friends and I will be flying back down for more work in the fall.

Black Swan Tattoo goes above and beyond. I recently sent an email to them and received a reply within minutes from the shop Manager. She booked me my appointment and assisted me in a professional fashion which is unseen a lot in this industry. Their work is A+ and the customer service is unparalleled.

Good clean shop. Most of the tattoo artists here do old school work. I refer most of my friends to this shop and one other in town. Don't let the location of the place throw you off. Aaron, the piercer, is a great person who knows what he's doing. I agree with someone below in saying their website is a little generic (and takes forever to load).

Black swan is the highest recommended for a reason. Everyone there is top notch including piercings. My daughter and I get tattooed by Cory and Matt but everyone there is talented. The shop is very clean and super nice.

Recently had a piece done there by Travis and my brother had one from Cory and both tattoos are beautiful. Cleanest, most talented, best service, and overall nicest tattoo establishment within miles.

Black Swan Tattoo rocks! Everyone that works there is AWESOME but I go to Travis and he is an amazing tattoo artist. I refer everyone I know to this shop.

I will never go to another shop ever again! The best tattoo artists and piercers in pc hands down. Every time I am there getting work done, someone comes in with a f***** up tattoo they got done at some other local shop and they go to black swan to get it fixed. Dont waste your time with any other shops in the area..they are garbage.

This shop is clean, professional and the best in Polk County. I have had all of my tattoos and body piercings done there and could not be happier with any of them. They can handle ANY tattoo or piercing and they are all exceptional artists.

Recently got a tattoo at Black Swan and had a great experience. I am very pleased with my tattoo and would recommend this shop. Dane did an excellent job. The shop was clean, and the staff very laid back but informative. The only thing I would say is update the web page a little more frequently.

Took my little girl to have her ears pierced. What nice people. The piercer was GREAT with her! Very nice guy! Will go back.
