We were calling to a number announced in a post in the street. First, voice mail, we left a message and every time he call back no one was there. When we finally managed to talk to a person Chad Karr was VERY RUDE. In the sign it seem it was a rent to own so we asked about it and he said it was through a bank. We asked why the sign mentioned a monthly payment instead of the full price and he assured that was the monthly payment. How can a Realtor know and assure an exact monthly payment? There are so many factors that can affect it. Anyway, what was outrageous was that he got offended because we asked and told us that the place was sold anyway. We said thank you and when we were ready to hang up he screamed "JESUS CHRIST" like we offended him seriously. We just called about his ad and ended up talking to someone who does not have any sales or customer service skills, and after all we were the ones offending him.



What he never knew is that we were already approved by the bank and it was his loss!!!
