Provided by YP.comThe units provide all the essentials plus great square footage per room compared to other local complexes. The garages are deep in size (front to back) which allows you to park your car and create a space for a secondary office or escape from the units. The patios are also larger than other complexes I have seen in my past.
The units also provide built-in Internet that is widely accessible throughout the complex; however, I do recommend calling Spectrum and activating the unit's Ethernet port if you are a power user (such as having a workstation or XBOX)
Other things to notate is the parking lot seems to generate high volumes of noise on the weekends or evenings, the garages are detached from the actual buildings (other complexes sometimes attach them to the buildings but not the actual units), there is a very nice computer room in the units to use for storage (or backup hardware for your computer), you can't use an Powerline Ethernet Extender as the breakers trip (but not a deal breaker), and some of the amenities are not yet completed as of 12/2021.
All in all the units are of better quality, size, and pricing than other's in the Orlando-Lakeland-Tampa area; however, it takes a very long time to get used to coming back into Shared Space living.
Update since the last review on 12/12/2021 I had to have Lakeland PD Respond to my home based on an incident I recorded on dash camera in my parking lot. I have autism, depression, bipolar disorder, and also trouble with relationships and friendships. On 12/12 I encountered a possible pro in the parking lot who asked me if I could give her a ride home and if "do you have a place of your own". Lakeland PD stated that she was being "taken down in to town" and I wouldn't see her again. This is very unsettling especially during a contest were we were told to write reviews of the complex in exchange for a holiday surprise. If Google will let me I will upload the dash camera and police footage as well.
