Will never take my dog there again. Very unpleasant owner and experience with them. Filthy environment. Sorry I used them once.

Our 1st and last visit to this shop. At $40.00 a pop for my 4 dogs I expect a more professional and quality result. 1 out of 4 was completed to my satisfaction. 2 had not had their nails cut, and 1 was completely shaved. I asked why she shaved her and the groomer stated the hair was matted. Admittedly the dog did have some matting but it was not severe enough to shave the dog. If she would have taken some extra time they could have been cut out or called and asked my permission before making that decision on her own. Which I find that to be poor customer service.The shop did not seem busy at all which from the results I experienced I can see why. Never ever again will this shop see a dime of my money and I will let others know.
