I've taken 2 different Kitchen=Aid mixers to Dallas's for repair. Both times the mixers were overhauled, parts replaced and are still working well (5 and 7 years later) . 100 bucks each time,. Excellent service.

Stay away i took my reciever there to get fixed. After i paid 20$ to check it they didnt call to let me know the problem. Just ordered a part and got mad at me because i called to see what was going on. Then when i got it back it wasn't putting out like i gave it to them. After i had called for two days he told me he would take a look at it. Then when i took it back he didnt want to do it we ended up getting in an argument bout the output of my reciever. Poor service and customer service. And im in a wheelchair!
