One of their policies is to bill even when services are not being rendered. They have been billing the company I work for for a few years for hosting our web site. Come to find out, Verizon was hosting it and not EAS. We requested a refund because they had been billing us. They said the would issue no refund and that it was our duty to stop services-services which they were not even doing!!! VERY SHADY COMPANY-Do not do business with.
