Gold's Gym in South Lakeland is a wonderful and welcoming place to begin any fitness routine. I have had a great experience with their courteous and helpful staff and thoroughly enjoy their group fitness classes. I appreciate the fact that there is always equipment available to use and staff available to help me if I don't know how to use a machine properly. Also, I can choose from many group fitness classes that range from Spin to yoga and the instructors are always very helpful and have helped me in the past when I was just starting out. They also have a kid's club so my son is entertained while I'm able to get a workout in. I highly recommend Gold's South Lakeland if you are looking for an affordable fitness club to join!
