I asked Vicky to please make my nails short and rounded. She did not. She made them long and square. The polish was not even all the way to the side of some of my nails. The next day, I called her, told her that I was dissatisfied. She asked me to come In that day, and she would fix them. However, when I got there, she told me that she could not do it that day, after all, and asked me to come back the next day. I was very upset about the entire situation. The older employee spoke to her several times (and they spoke back and forth with each other) in Vietnamese. Finally, Vicky agreed to fix my nails that day as she had originally said she would, but not before she told me, in a very angry way, that she had to cancel someone else in order to fix my nails! When she began to work on my nails, she had a very upset look on her face. It was obvious that she was not happy about having to fix her mistakes! She filed my nails down very quickly and sharply twisted my hand around several times, holding it right up into my face, repeatedly saying, "Is this okay with you??!!" She was extremely angry! I was so shocked by her rude, mean, and disrespectful behavior that I just agreed that they were "okay." All I wanted to do was to get out of there! They are still not right! They are still way too long, but I just let it go. Then, she did the most appalling and unprofessional thing I have ever heard of! When my friend went in to have her nails done, Vicky told her that she did not want to do my nails anymore, and "begged" my friend over and over again to tell me that!! Of course, my friend was shocked, and told Vicky that she did not feel comfortable telling me that, and if Vicky did not want to do my nails anymore, she should tell me herself! However, Vicky would NOT stop begging her, so finally my friend told me what Vicky had said, and done!! We were both very shocked at Vicky's repeated unprofessional behavior!!
