One of the most inconsiderate run business I have ever dealt with. The phone receptionist is very rude asked to speak to owner at parts counter and she put the phone down for 28mins and did not even tell me he was still busy can he call me back. So I hung up and called back and she made a remark that he is attending to cash customers in front of him so I guess I’m chopped liver
I had called him 2-hours prior and spoke with him and sent pictures of part I
Needed and he never bothered to see if he had it in stock as he said he would call me back. So as a result of having a bad cartridge valve in my tub
Water running continuously I shut off main outside. Now we have no water in
Our house thanks to 2- inconsiderate individuals who did not care I was driving an hour to get part if they ever let me know it was avail. Buyer beware
Avoid this place there the worst people to deal with.
