From the first day so the foreman and showed us what he was going to do far as the cleaning moving things off the wall painted after that they cleaned up the yard each day very good job.

Dale Massey is a lying con artist he has done the same thing to us!!! Please do not use him he has been to jail to many times for scamming people for the same thing. He got $3900 out of me and my husband. He was suppose to paint the pool deck two coats. Paint our walls on the back of the house, and rescreen the pool area. He used interior paint on my walls outside, so the paint washes off when wet it was cheap Home Depot paint he did use. He has a lot of different company names he goes under. The company name he used with us was Brian Massey painting. Please please do not use this man. He doesn't need to fraud anyone else in Polk county

Ronald Dale Massey of Polk County, Florida was hired to repaint and do some minor repairs to our historic home in April 2015. Before we signed the contract with Mr. Massey, the price went up $3000, due to the fact that he found that he would have to make more repairs, totalling $19,000; we agreed and signed the contract which stated that he would apply two coats of Super Paint from Sherwin Williams after he scraped and primed the house. Included in the contract was a 5 year warranty for the paint.



Mr. Massey said he completed the work on our home on May 7, 2015. Ten days after he was paid, the house began to peel and bubble. We immediately contacted him and he stated that he would come out, but that was not unusual for an older home to do this. He did send a retired gentleman to correct some our issues, but since there were too many of them, he would be back after rainy season. He has never shown back up to make any repairs to the job for which he was paid to perform.



We contacted three other painting contractors and they stated that Mr. Massey had used a masonry primer on our wooden home leaving it without any top coating of any paint. This can be proven by the products he had left us with. As this was causing potential damage to the home we had to hire someone else to come in and do the work that Mr. Massey was paid to do, at an additional cost to us.



I would not recommend you hire Mr. Massey do to work on your home, either construction or painting, as he did not honor nor fulfil his contract.
