My daughter took 4 pair of jeans to have altered.

The owner charged he 138.00 for altering the jeans and putting button on three pair of shorts .

He also re hemmed 2 pair of pants.(Thought the cost was a little high)Upon picking the clothes up, she found all 4 pair had been altered above the knee.She had told him to hem the 2 new pair and make capris out of the other 2.She went to look for the receipt and found it was not in the bag.(conveniently) At which time, my wife and I went to the store to question the mistake and was told that it was 30 days ago and he did not remember. anything.We were able see the receipt and it was detailed exactly the way my daughter had explained.They were not willing to pay for any resolution. These are 150.00 each and we will file small claims against.I will advise if any attempt is made to resolve.
