I walk around 30 minutes trying to find somebody to help me I had to actually walk up to somebody and ask for a salesperson then he took my information and it's been 3 days now haven't heard anything back from them I have text him 2 or 3 times just don't seem like they care

I was negotiating to buy a used bike. They provided a reasonably good trade in deal. The bike was dirty and had tar on it from what looked like driving on a newly paved or oiled road. There also was some pitting on the chrome. So, I wanted to see the bike cleaned before making a final decision. The sales manager refused saying he didn't want me to uncover any more flaws / damage on it.



I wrote a letter of complaint to the dealership owner but received no reply. Apparently they prefer to cover up problems with dirt, road grime, etc. and let you find them after you buy the bike. The sales manager did say they would clean the bike, but only AFTER the purchase was finalized. Gee whiz, thanks !!!



I didn't buy the bike.

This dealer is subpar by far. I have experienced far better customer service fro m all other dealers. This place does not appear to care about their customers, only their customer's money. I called various times to inquire about parts information and found that they are not very helpful. If you're only in need of a small inexpensive part that's part of an assembly they will tell you that you can only get it by purchasing the entire assembly that is far more expensive. When I called another Harley dealer they said the inexpensive part was available to be ordered. This happened with Lakeland Harley on multiple occasions. I live closer to this store but will not go there. I will travel an extra 25 mile just to purchase parts from a dealer that actually cares about the customer (Brandon Harley).
