Lisandra Colon in customer service was impeccable. She treated me with respect and promptly assisted me. She communicated clearly and concisely with a positive attitude about whatever was going on with my RAM. She also went the extra mile and had my vehicle thoroughly inspected and fixed all of the recalls as well as other problems that i weren't even aware of. On a scale from one to ten, Lisandra Colon's customer service is most definitely an ELEVEN.

My service advisor Sam is an honest man and he did what he said he was going to do and got my truck fixed in a very timely manner unlike the last service advise who I understand moved over to sales. I will be honest, my truck was in that shop before I even made my first payment and then again before I made my 3rd payment. What burns me is I paid at least $10,000 more than what the truck is worth. I wish the rest of your people were like Sam because you would really have something. I feel that the guy that handled my financial contract lied to me. That’s not a good feeling but because of Sam I will return whenever service is needed on my truck. My review is only for the service department

I was the person buying the 2007 Ram 1500 today. I want to express how upset I am with this transaction. I saw the truck online, filled out the financing agreement and was approved. I drove 2 1/2 hours from Port Charlotte yesterday and they could not "find" the truck. I came back today, LOVED the truck. I put down my deposit and wanted to buy it. It was advertised for $7499, i knew there was a dealer fee of $680. I was perplexed when Randy told me it could be more because it had not been safety checked. He assured me it would be about $500 or $600 more, figured I that was still cool. I gave him a deposit of $2000.00 I was hoping to get the truck quickly. I was told it would take about an hour to do the check. I went to lunch, though I wasn't hungry..just to kill time before my long ride home. When I came back, Randy told me the dealer charges were approximately $2500.00!!! I don't like to waste my time. If you had advertised the vehicle at $10,000, I MIGHT have bought it, but I don't like games. I got my $2000 back and took the long drive home, very disappointed. Why would you do this to customers? Most people want to be dealt with honestly and up front. Not some little game of add money as we go. I am sad I do not have this truck, but I could not be treated this way. You wasted my time, my gas, and my faith in car dealerships. You should be ashamed.

Excellent Treatment

Guy was outstanding in his helping me purchase a new vehicle. He took the time, asked questions to determine which vehicle would best fit my driving needs, and he worked with the finance department to ensure that my purchase was the best value. I initially thought of purchasing a certain vehicle, and Guy did the work to research and found me a much better vehicle than I was looking for and for the same amount of money. I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service, the care and concern he exhibited in helping me with this purchase. I would highly, highly recommend taking the time to make an appointment ahead of time, to be sure that you are able to have Guy Brodle help you make your next vehicle purchase.
