I have been shopping at this particular publix for 7 years and in the past the cashiers have been very courteous , when mistakes have been made on pricing and such the store manager and most of the staff have been prompt to fix things or explain that I picked up the wrong product , today I went against my better judgment and I had to return something a product that was priced below regular price as well as being buy one get one free , that wasnt the part that was against my best judgment , it was letting someone take care of me that i usually avoid , this I guess lead cashier has always seem to be in a bad mood , dirty looks and such , I even at one point when another cashier said she was opening up a lane told said cashier that I would rather wait in a line going to the back of the store or leave without my product than let said person serve me to this the cashier chuckled , made me feel like she understood what I was talking about , today it was a break don in courtesy , I got charged 15.98 for two times that should of cost 5.99 , any other time when I said I would like to return something and explained why the cashiers would check and ask do you still want to return it , or explain that I had the wrong item would I like to get the other ,not this lady , I always thought she had an attitude and today proves at , I guess Im going to start shopping somewhere else , friends have always told me publix is too expensive and I always argued back that the store is close and the customer service cant be beat , the only other time I had a problem is when I suggested to the deli manager that I would like to see barbecue wings instead of hot wings , she told me in no terms that publix knows what customers want and they wernt going to change anything , that woman is what looks like an assistant manager , now , I guess all that is left to do is shop somewhere else .

I called to ask the Pharmacy to send a form to doctor that the nurse at my doctors office requested and the man I spoke with was rude. He asked for my prescription number and I told him I didn't have it. He asked me why. I replied that I did not have the bottle to look it up. He interrogated me on why I had not come in to pick up my prescription yet when it was ready. He said they didn't have the form but he could fax the nurse the number to call. Only thing nice he said!

I love this location. The customer service is AWESOME! Always so helpful and friendly to the customers. Mr. Willie in the Bakery is the BEST! I have an Event Planning Company and he is always helping me or one of my clients......This store cares about you and your shopping needs....Yea Team Publix!!!!!

I had a mix up in some sandwiches that I ordered. The Store/Deli Manager was very attentive in getting the issues rectified and went above by preparing the order fresh themselves....That is good customer service, I love shopping at Publix

Great store to shop at!

Never have baggers to pack up your bags; anytime of the day....Very unfriendly cashiers and managers....Last, the customer service desk is the slowest in town...get with it people....
