I also have used Pyramid Computers for the past 10 years and have always gotten a professional job with the professional courtesy that goes with it. Just paid out 164.00 for a complete FUBAR. The older gentleman is losing his grip. He tried transfering my Internal Hardrive into a Gateway Computer I had brought in for parts and didn't tell me it was a Vista OS. To our disagreement he insists that he told me it was a Vista OS. I calmly tried to reason with him but to no avail. If you use this company besure to get in writing everything you ask for. Don't take changes over the phone.

I am out some major bucks with nothing to show for it. No grudges....just facts....be aware

I have been using Pyramid Computers for the past 10 years. Every single time I have been extremely happy with the result and customer service. They're friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very reasonable. I'd recommend them (in fact I have) to anyone.

They are really resonable when fixing your computer problems,they get the job done

in a timely manner,and really listen to what you think is wrong with the computer,

and if you still have problems they back up there work.

Excellent Service and the computer repair rates are cheaper than all the competition's that I have seen. Job done right and the service is excellent!
