Buyer beware! Do not trust any employee from this store. I bought a galaxy s 5 from them and this is a huge mistake. They will tell you that either them or your new service provider will buy off your old contract and they do not! No one qualifies after the run around. Once you purchase the phone you must upgrade to a 20 gig plan even though you are unlimited. This is a downgrade for more money. They owe me $350 from this lie. Next there is no $150 rebate reload visa card for the purchase. Actually no point in even checking this one because it is just a lie and does not exist. Their phone insurance comes from a 3rd party. You pay $14 a month but all repairs are $250 plus. For example the battery they gave me died so I returned it. The new battery did not fit the phone. Very dangerous because it caused my lcd screen to explode. They said its over $250 repair after the insurance. You can go to any repair place with no insurance and get it done for $100. Do not go here for anything. Total in damages and lies exceeds $1000.
