Very Professional and great customer service.I would recommend and use this company for any septic service.

Until recently I was a loyal customer for 11 years of Thompson Septic Co. The house that I have rented since ’09 has a serious problem that the landlord didn’t want to address and needed to be pumped often. Ray was more than happy to pump our system. Recently we have the opportunity to purchase the property and I had Ray give an estimate for installation of a new leach field which I was to have him install after the closing. But for some reason, for three months now, I have not been able to get the proper document to prove the problem with the system. All that was needed was verification of date of service, service rendered and the cost of said service. A three column document that would take about 5 minutes to create. I even sent them an example of what was needed. NOTHING. Many phone calls to both numbers and even a personal visit to talk to Ray face to face. Still nothing. With this level of customer service I’m surprised he’s still in business. At this point I wouldn’t let them pump a puddle in the street. I would STRONGLY recommend using another septic service. This company is not to be trusted.

You'll not find a company with more integrity in Lakeland. These folks were out within hours and took care of the immediate issue. All possible solutions were offered, and the most cost-efficient course of action taken. I'll definitely be calling Ray Thompson Septic more often than once every twenty years! Thanks guys.

I called around 11am and thy were here by 3pm the same day. the employees were clean and professional. excellent service and attitude. they also assisted with inofrmation on how to correct some problems. The price was absolutly the cheapest for North Lakeland. I recommend this company to anyone.
