I recommend Ian Squire with Squire Residential Appraisals every time I am able to order an appraisal. He is extremely knowledgeable about our Real Estate market. He really does a thorough job and does it in a timely manner. I have never had a file turned down in underwriting because of an appraisal done by Ian. That is extremely important in this difficult market. I have been in the Mortgage business sense 1998 in this area and he is the best appraiser I have worked with. You can't go wrong with Ian.
