I drove 70 miles (round trip) today, because I was told this was the only store that could transfer my data and minutes from my old T=mobile phone to my new one. She messed with my phone & finally figured out how to transfer the contacts. I told her I understood they had a special piece of equipment to transfer everything. She said it wouldn't work on my phone - even though it is t-mobile. She said they weren't allowed to transfer all of them so she showed me how to do them myself. When I sat down to finish the job, I found that she DID NOT transfer my minutes to the new phone. I guess I'll use my old phone, until all the minutes are gone, because I'm not driving another 70 miles! I don't recommend using the N. Lakeland store. Customer service, or I should say the lack of, is pitiful! Wish I had just kept my old phone.

I don't know who was paid to put that previous rating on here but this is the worst place I've ever been... I've had nothing but issues with my phone since upgrading from the Samsung 5... I've had to warranty exchange after warranty exchange trying to fix this connection problem only to find out that it wasn't the phones but the towers in the area were not upgraded yet for the latest Samsung 7 phones! So why are they selling phones knowing that they won't work well because of that problem??? Then two more occasions I the reps on the phones who work out a deal for me to get different plan/phone and when I get to the store, they won't honor them! The last time the rep was so rude and adamant telling me he doesn't have to follow anything that the rep on the phone has on the computer and was not going to honor it... so I said I was going to go another carrier and he said "go ahead... have a great day!". What a "a"-hole!!! Don't go to this store unless you want to leave "pissed off"!!! I've been with T-Mobile customer well over 12 years... did he care? Apparently not!!! I this review would have given me the option, I would have pick 5 negative stars!
