This cleaner ruined a brand new pair of pants costing $129.00 and refused to honor the store policy regarding damaged clothing. They would not refund me any money for the damages to my husband’s wool pants. In fact, the employee wanted to tell me that the reason the 100% wool pants from Men’s Warehouse shrunk is because of the material..LOL, duh. The fact is that someone at the cleaners washed the pants, and shrunk them. And they won't admit that they ruined the pants. The Men's Warehouse manager took one look at the pants, held them up to the new ones on the rack comparing the new pants with the ruined pants. He said it was so obvious that those pants were washed and should not have been. I also would like to note that this cleaners cuts corners, and that is why they are so cheap. They have left rusty water stains on 3 of our white pressed shirts.They are not reputable and they do not admit when they are wrong. They are dishonest in their practices.

I had my wedding dress atlered here. They have one alteration 'slady that doesent speak English, and she only works twice a week, If she comes in. I think my dress was here for 3 weeks before it was finished. In my opinion the price was to high for the work that I had done.

They answer the phone and I told her I wanted to get my wedding dressed clean and preserved. She interrupted me and said to hold on. I was on the phone for 15 mins. and I heard them talking but no one picked up the phone to answer my question. I won't be going there!
