Specializing in installing all exterior single doors $175.00/ includes taking out old door and installing new door, caulking under door, tap con door to block of house, installing trim on both sides of door and putting on hardware, Interior single doors starting at $60.00, storm/security doors starting at $100, 5 1/4 Crown molding $3.00 a foot includes real wood crown and installation or $3.75 a foot includes materials, installation, filling nail holes and caulking top and bottom of crown mold, 5 1/4 Base Board $2.25 a foot includes materials and installation, chair rail $2.50 a foot includes materials and installation, shoe molding $1.25 a foot includes materials and installation, attic access stairs $350.00 installed/ includes brand new stairs and casing and labor, all hardware and much more. I can get all materials at a discounted price, usually half the cost that you would spend in those home improvement stores! FREE ESTIMATES. No job to big or to small.
